Polishing machine
MINI-32
Dual Action/Rotary
An extremely versatile cordless polishing machine for 1.5, 2 and 3 pads. 3 mm and 12 mm dual action and rotary functions in one machine. Very comprehensive accessories included!
The Tokya MINI-32 is a cordless polishing machine with excellent value for money, for quality-conscious enthusiasts and for daily professional use. Its performance, versatility and agility are unmatched, and the same machine offers three operating modes: direct drive (rotary), and 3 mm and 12 mm dual action motions. One machine can therefore handle every stage of work with ease, from removing debris and spot sanding to a flawless mirror finish! The compact body and easy handling make it possible to polish places that cannot be reached with conventional machines, such as air intakes and the gaps between doors and hatches, piano-lacquered trims and hatches in the interior, motorcycle tanks and mudguards, etc. Despite its small size, the use of the MINI-32 is not limited to working on tight parts: thanks to the 12 mm dual action motion and the 3" pad, it also copes effortlessly with somewhat larger areas, such as bumper folds and exterior trims.

Quick guide
- Installing the desired gearbox (dual action & rotary). To change the operating principle, work in the reverse order to remove the installed gearbox, and then install the desired gearbox/operating principle.
- 1. Place the tool supplied with the machine at the base of the thread on the machine. The tool prevents the motor from rotating while the desired gearbox (3 or 12 mm dual action OR 30 or 65 mm extension arm for rotary) is installed. Screw the desired gearbox into place.
- 2. Fit the dust cover. Two dust covers are supplied with the set; the larger one is for use with the 75 mm backing plate, the smaller one for 40 and 50 mm backing plates.
- 3. Place the tool supplied with the machine at the base of the thread on the gearbox. This prevents the gearbox from rotating while the selected backing plate is installed. Screw the backing plate into place.
